Eligibility of Exchange : We accept Exchange only within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of size issue .the item must be unused,
unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
The dress must not show any signs of wear, stains, or damages.

To initiate a exchange , please contact us within the same day of delivery or maximum within 24 hours , any request placed beyond this period
will not be accepted.

Exchange Process: To initiate please follow these steps:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags and labels are intact.
Ship the package back to us using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking information. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs,
however inayah will issue coupon code voucher for the same amount you paid for the courier charge , Coupon Code will be send to your Email and
Whatsapp Number ,Once you receive the coupon code voucher, you can apply it during your next purchase on Inayah's website to offset the
return shipping costs any time within 1 year from the date of Coupon Code issued.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your exchange with in 24 hours through a whatsapp
message only . ( Sunday / Publich Holiday Excluded ).
Customers are allowed to exchange Same Quantity & Same Category of the initial purchased product ( Same price Range) with Bigger or Smaller
size if the same product available in stock .
Or Customers can choose to exchange for any other product of the same price range & Same Quantity as per initial order .
If you purchase more than one product and wish to exchange them, it is required that the replacement products you select fall within
the same price range and Quantity as the items originally purchased.
If the product chosen for exchange has a lower value than the original product(s), the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
A coupon code for the balance amount will be sent to your registered email within 3-5 business days after the exchange request is processed.
If the exchange product has a higher value than the original product and Quantity, the customer must pay the balance amount before the new product
is shipped.
Will I get a refund? No Refund available for Any kids Partywear Product ,Refund Available for Saree , Churidar Material , Bags & Shoes, Refund will
process within same day of Receiving the product back in sellable condition.
