At Inayah Fashion, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Before Dispatch:
    • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
    • To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
    • A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  2. After Dispatch:
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    • Customers may refuse delivery, but in such cases, shipping charges (both forward and return) will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation by Inayah Fashion

  • In rare cases, Inayah Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Payment verification failure
    • Issues with delivery service availability in the provided location
  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

  • If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges upon return of the package.

COD Order Cancellation

  • Frequent cancellations or refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
