Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period, return requests will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Before placing an order, we recommend creating an account on the Inayah Fashion website. This will allow you to easily view your order history under your profile and submit return or exchange requests directly through our website.
To start a return, please log in to your account on our website Once logged in, go to the Orders section, select the item you wish to return, and click on Request Return.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll schedule a return pickup at your location. There will be no additional cost for the customer.
Guest Checkout Customers
If you placed your order as a guest (without creating an account), please note the following
Our system does not support automated return requests for guest checkouts.In such cases, the customer must self-ship the product back to Inayah Fashion after obtaining approval Only .

Once your return request is approved, The product must then be self-shipped at your own cost.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, our team will notify you via WhatsApp and email. After receiving your confirmation, the replacement product—whether a smaller or larger size—will be shipped within 24 hours of verification. If a replacement is not available, the refund will be issued as store credits to your Inayah Fashion Wallet. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website and do not expire.
For prepaid orders, a full cash refund will be processed if the order is cancelled within 6 hours of placing it / before shipping . For order cancellations made before dispatch, a 2.5% bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction is charged by the payment gateway and is paid directly to the bank . No cash refunds will be provided for any Kids Party Wear products under any other circumstances.
International Orders
No reverse pickup is available for orders outside India.
Customers are required to self-ship the product to the Inayah Fashion warehouse after receiving return approval.
Refunds for eligible international returns can be processed either as store credits or as a refund to the original payment method as per Each country Law
Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers bank and processing charges.
