Return / Exchange Policy  

At Inayah Fashion, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Timeframe: Since the products are High value Partywear Products Exchange requests must be raised within Same day or maximum within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Condition of the Product: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Product Category: Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues .

Exchange Process:

  1. Registered Customers:

    Before placing an order, we recommend creating an account in inayah fashion website . This allows you to view your order history under your profile and raise return/exchange requests easily through our website.
  2. Guest Checkout Customers

    If you place an order as a guest (without creating an account) and need to return an item, please note:

    • Our system cannot process automated returns for guest checkouts.

    • In such cases, the customer must self-ship the product back to Inayah Fashion.

    • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to sales@inayahfashion.in and obtain return acceptance.

    • Once confirmation is received, you are required to self-ship the product at your own cost.

  3. Replacement Dispatch: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product within 24 Hours .

Refund Policy  

At Inayah Fashion, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a transparent refund process. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
    • If the order is cancelled within 6 hours of placing it, a full refund will be processed.
  2. Product Not Delivered
    • If the product is lost in transit or undelivered due to logistics issues, a full refund will be initiated.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products
    • If a customer receives an incorrect product, they must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear images and a  videos as proof of the package being opened. This evidence is essential for verification and prompt resolution.
    • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
  4. Return Approved Orders
    • If a return request is approved (as per the Return Policy), a full amount  refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
  5. No Refund : No refunds will be provided for any Kids’ Party Wear products under any other  circumstances, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products used, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance sales are non-refundable.
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for Return.
